5 Tips to Stay Healthy in Autumn

It’s officially autumn! While temperatures are still steamy in some regions, we’ll soon be celebrating sweater weather, apple cider and pumpkin spice, and shorter days. Take advantage of the seasonal change to reset your healthy routines. Here are 5 tips to boost your health and wellness right now.

  1. Wash your hands. Yes, this is Hygiene 101, but hot water and soap is one of the easiest ways to keep germs at bay.
  2. Fill your plate with fall produce. Consuming seasonal produce is cost-effective while providing better flavor and higher nutritional content.
